Introduction
ICSG Group Pty Limited ("ICSG") plans to acquire and integrate several leading businesses in the technical building services industry with a view to creating a group of companies with a high revenue base ($100M+) and significant organic growth prospects. The focus is on those segments that offer the highest barriers to entry, through specialised skill sets, reputation and relationships..
ICSG's underlying acquisition philosophy is to buy strong businesses that have the potential to grow further through an injection of management experience and appropriate capital.
ICSG has assembled a team of four highly experienced executives with well credentialed experience in this sector.
Business Investment Criteria
ICSG applies an initial Filter to all acquisitions:
- Operate in the Building Services Sector.
- Have a strong reputation in relevant fields of activity.
- Fit with our culture and ethics
- Financial Filters:
- Revenue in excess of $10m
- EBITDA to Revenue ratio greater than 7%
- Strong, sustainable cash flow.
