Managing Principal, Marcell Pavlovec

Marcell is a successful and accredited business leader who, since 1985, has held directorships in a number of private and ASX listed public companies. He has had extensive experience in corporate finance, corporate taxation, company secretarial and legal (both locally and internationally) as well as restructures, mergers & acquisitions, major project and commercial contract negotiations, executive management sales and marketing (business development) and administration of companies in the industries of car parking, financial investment, building services, property management ownership & development, services and the leisure industry. Having participated in and managed large organisations, he has grown various businesses both organically and by strategic acquisition involving substantial restructuring and has acted as an active change agent and competent catalyst in achieving agreed and stated corporate goals / objectives. As a strategist, Marcell is easily able to move within the management paradigm of "working on the business" to rolling up his sleeves, and where required, as is the case from time to time, to "working in the business" to bring about exemplary outcomes and resolution, attesting to his mentoring, collaborative and inclusive management style. Marcell is a people person. Marcell is an honours degree graduate from the University Of Technology Sydney, being awarded a Bachelor of Business (Major Accounting) in 1990.

Principal, Mark Cohen

Mark started his career as a lawyer with the National legal firm of Freehills and was made a partner at the age of 29. He was appointed to the Board of the Sydney practice of Freehills in 1995 at the age of 38. After a successful career with Freehills he became the National Managing Partner, Corporate Finance of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Australia. Mark has since established his own private investment business and provides specialist corporate and legal advice to selected companies and individuals. Mark has considerable experience in establishing the growth of Australian business into Asia. Mark also has experience in the Health and Infrastructure where he was involved in representing the Australian Government in selling Sydney Airport for an unprecedented amount in early 2001 of (circa) $5.6 billion. Mark has also been involved in a number of successful company "start ups".

Principal, Steve Allison

Steve is a cabinet maker, senior manager, manufacturer and innovator with over 40 years experience in the building, fit-out and joinery industry. His experience has been gained over years of working at the top level in large commercial projects, project and site management, and also as a manufacturer running large scale joinery factories. Steve established and ran the large scale fit-out specialist company Quadric Interiors. As Director of Quadric Interiors, Steve managed major projects for companies such as Merrill Lynch, AGL, Bloomberg, Chemical Bank, Rothschild, ABN Amro, Barclays, Reuters and R.M.Williams to name a few. Steve is an innovator and leader in the manufacturing and fit-out service industry, having created a number of cost and time saving procedures now widely used. Examples of his innovation include: in association with David Riley (DAS London) he developed a sit/stand fully height adjustable trading desk, now used by a majority of the major financial institutions around the world and also, a highlight of his career, has been the development of Grosvenor Glass Paint - unique in its ability to surface coat glass without post or pre-treatment of the glass. This unique glass paint is specified by world famous architect Sir Norman Foster.
